Our qualified team have developed proven efficient construction techniques and processes, that extend from our willingness to be heavily involved in a detailed design & planning phase prior to commencing construction. We pride ourselves on our commitment to clients, communication throughout the journey of the build and an attention to detail that ensures only the highest quality workmanship.
Owner & Director Kristian Doddato, has 10 years of building and construction knowledge and experience. Whilst working for one of Melbourne’s premier building companies, a passion for designing and constructing high-quality developments and innovative, comfortable living spaces was forged and KD Development Co was created in 2020.
Kristian thrives off helping his clients bring their projects to life and loves the bridging the gap between client and builder to deliver projects that exceed all expectations.
